This is a Waltham Rare 16 Size Genuine Factory Salesman Sample Pocket Watch Case. This case has a genuine factory original bow, good ball style clean crisp crown, and good stem and sleeve. This is a stem wind and lever set genuine factory Waltham Watch Company salesman sample and or display case. Both covers are snap on with clean clear case lips. This case has the lever cut out on both sides of the case for use with a variety of movements. Both covers are boldly signed “WALTHAM WATCH CO.”. This style of case from Waltham is rarely found. This case style is very scarce and rare, especially in this condition. This case has had little or no carry and is simply in beautiful functional condition. This case had a 16 size Riverside Maximus movement in it when found but the movement has been removed. Both covers have good plastic crystals. This is a case that has quality form, rarity and condition.
