Refund policy

Domestic (U.S. - based) Buyers:

• We have a restocking fee of 50% per any individual watch part that is returned. This restocking fee is required due to the time and labor directed into replacement in our material inventory. We do not mind taking back a returned part and will always refund in full if we send the incorrect part and/or material.      

• We have a restocking fee of 20% per any individual complete pocket watch or wristwatch returned. Your refund will be completed once the watch is returned to us in the condition that it was in when shipped to you, the buyer.

• We have a restocking fee of 20% per any individual watch crystal, tool, case or horological book returned. Your refund will be completed once the item is returned to us in the condition that it was in when shipped to you, the buyer.

• We do not refund any mailing and/or shipping costs on returned domestic orders.
  
  

International Buyers:

• We currently do not accept returns on any international orders.

 

Auction Items

• All auction item sales are final. Auction items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
