General Policies

  • Our business days are Monday through Wednesday, excluding major U.S. holidays.

  • Once an order is received and paid for, the item will be packed and shipped within 48 business hours. Most orders, however, will be shipped on the next business day.

Custom Order Policies

  • We are available to fulfill custom order requests Monday through Wednesday. Any custom orders received on Thursday through Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. It is easiest to directly submit a custom order to us via this website, but we will accept calls if you would prefer to speak with us. Custom order requests will be responded to within two (2) business days.

  • If we have the horological item(s) or part(s) that you are looking for, we will respond to your request with a) confirmation that we do indeed have the desired item(s), and b) the price of the item(s) you would like to order. Once you approve the order for the quoted price, we will send you an invoice which will contain a link that you can use to securely complete your purchase.

  • The checkout process for custom orders, as mentioned above, is completed directly and securely on our website. The security of your personal data and payment information is of the utmost importance to us, always. Please review our Privacy Policy for further information on how we use your personal data and the steps we take to protect it.

  • If you create an account with us, or already have one, you will be able to log in to track the status of your order. Regardless of whether or not you choose to create an account with us, we will keep you informed via email.

Payment Policies

  • We accept Visa (credit and debit cards), Mastercard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diner’s Club. We also accept PayPal and Apple Pay.

  • In order to protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, all payments submitted are subject to verification. If we need to further verify your payment information prior to processing your order, we will get in touch with you (using the contact information you provided at checkout) shortly after your order has been placed.

  • If you wish to pay for your purchase using a method that is not listed above, please contact us prior to placing your order to discuss alternative payment arrangements.
