The watch has a good strong nickel case, good yellow fancy hands and a single sunk genuine early enamel dial with hairlines and many surface imperfections. This watch has a good bow, good front cover with good case lip, good back cover with good case slip and good dust cover. The watch is key wind and key set from the back. The watch has a typical early gilt LEPINE A movement with cylinder escapement. This watch winds, sets and runs with brisk motion. The watch was NOT tested for timing accuracy and, therefore, the running of the watch will NOT be guaranteed. It has also been stored away in a watchmaker's safe for over 40 years.
