These are a pair of American 16 size open face base metal stem wind and lever set pocket watch cases. Both cases were designed to accept the typical American 16 size railroad stem wind and lever set pocket watch movement. One case has a crystal and one case has NO crystal. Both cases have good bows, stems, sleeves and crowns. Both cases were just removed from a watchmaker's case cabinet.
