Lot 6- Swiss & American Vintage Round Mechanical Wristwatches

This is a Swiss and American (BURLINGTON WATCH CO.) vintage round mechanical wristwatches. Both watches have round 33-millimeter cases with good stems and crowns. One watch has a yellow gold-filled early bracelet and the other has a nylon bracelet. The Swiss watch does not run but the American watch does wind, set and tick with brisk motion. The Swiss movement has an enamel dial with many hairlines and the American Burlington Special has a good dial. The Burlington Special is 17 jewels, while the Swiss movement is 7 jewels. The running of either watch is not guaranteed since they have been stored away for so many years in a watchmaker's cabinet.
