This is a nice clean complete Elgin 18 Size nickel open face Complete Running Movement. This movement has good, blued hands, good, blued sub second hand, good genuine factory single sunk signed enamel dial with black Roman hour numerals and black chapter ring. The watch has a clean 7 jewel nickel full plate movement. The movement number is 28279923. The movement has both its case screws in does wind, set in tick with brisk motion. Although this movement does wind, set and tick with brisk motion, the running of the movement will not be guaranteed since it has been stored away for so many years in the watchmakers movement cabinet. This is a nice clean complete movement for the collector, dealer, and repair person.
