Lot 36- Longines 17 Ligne Open Face Pocket Watch

This is a Longines 17 ligne open face pocket watch. This watch has a good crystal, good, blued hands, and a clean enamel dial signed “LONGINES SWISS”. The watch has a base metal open face case and a Longines 17 jewel nickel top quality ticking movement. This is a very good quality Longines movement for the serious collector. This is a hunting movement recased into an open face case. The watch does wind, set and tick with brisk motion. However, the movement was not tested for timing accuracy and, therefore, the running of the movement will not be guaranteed.
