These are Swiss & Elgin 16 Size Open Face Pocket Watches. Both watches are complete, with crystals, hands, dials, cases and movements. Both wind, set and tick but both eventually stop and did not make 24 hours. Therefore, they will be sold as not running. Both are good watches for the collector, dealer, or repair person. The Elgin is a hunting movement recased into an open face base metal case.
