This is a nice, ticking Elgin 18 Size 15 Jewel Nickel Grade “G. M. WHEELER” Complete Open Face Pocket Watch Movement. This movement is stem wind and lever set. This movement has good, blued spade hands, a genuine double sunk signed enamel dial in good functional condition and a clean damaskeened nickel open face 15 jewel movement with good balance wheel, balance staff and hairspring. This movement does wind, set and tick with brisk motion. This movement was not tested for timing accuracy. This movement is very clean and has been well cared for and carefully stored away for future use by the old watchmaker. The movement has one case screw.
