This is a “Little Gem” watch crystal cutter. It was used for cutting a circular crystal out of a piece of flat plastic stock. The cutter is in fair condition there is some corrosion on the cutter head adjustment, all pieces are working but this is really a history shelf piece as there are plenty of replacement crystals available on the market.
