This watch has a good crystal, good spade and poker blued hands, and a genuine clean factory double sunk enamel dial signed “ILLINOIS” in black. This watch has a genuine factory yellow gold filled open face case signed “SANGAMO SPECIAL”. This case is the sought after model with the hinged front cover and screw back cover. This watch has nickel bridges with gorgeous damaskeening, steel screws, a gold train, and a steel escape wheel. The balance has a tempered blued steel hairspring with the “Breguet” overcoil.
