This is an Illinois 12 Size Octagon open face 17 pocket watch. This watch has no crystal. It does have good, blued fancy hands, a genuine factory badly stained metal dial and good metal octagon snap cover case with good bow, stem, sleeve and crown. Both covers snap on tightly. The movement has a good balance wheel and good balance staff. However, the watch has no whip lash regulator. Therefore, it will be sold as not running.
