This watch is a Hamilton Watch Co., model 952 Movement No 1151496, 16 size, 19 jewels, stem wind and lever set clean running movement. This watch has a good crystal, good blued and red two time zone hour hands, good minute hand and good railroad sub second hand. This watch is circa 1919 and is a bit scarce since only 7,300 were made. The watch movement is built on the same frame as the 950 movement. The watch has nickel bridges with damaskeened ratchet, crown wheels and steel screws. The movement has a gilt center wheel, gilt train, and a steel escape wheel. The watch movement is complete. It winds, sets and runs with brisk motion. This is a very nice clean, running pocket watch with genuine factory enamel Montgomery double sunk clean crisp dial. The watch has a clean genuine factory “BAR OVER CROWN” yellow gold-filled screw cover railroad case. The bar is very heavy and most likely replaced but it is very functional. This is a very nice top-quality and scarce Hamilton for the serious collector and dealer. This is the quality of movement you should be looking for. Again, this watch winds, sets and is running with a good motion. This is very nice and the two-time zone is a nice find!
