This is a nice, clean Waltham 18 Size 17 Jewel Model 1883 Nickel Pocket Watch Movement. This movement has no minute hand and no sub second hand but a good 4th wheel pivot, good clean hour hand, and a genuine factory double sunk clean signed enamel dial with bold black Arabic hour numerals and red 5-minute markers. This watch has a typical nicely damaskeened, 18 size, 17 jewel model 1883 pocket watch open face movement. This movement does wind, set and tick. However, this movement does not stay running and will be sold as not running. This is a good movement for the Waltham collector, dealer, and repair person. Just the use of a single part from this movement can save your future repair or this can be repaired and installed into your case.
