This is a a nice, clean but non-running Lever Escapement Thom. Russell & Son Liverpool Silver Hinged Open Face Pocket Watch. This watch has a broken balance staff. The watch has the desirable A. L. Dennison Silver Plate hinged case with good bow, stem, sleeve and crown. The watch has a good set of factory blued hands, no sub second hand, good 4^th wheel pivot, no crystal and good nickel movement with no case screws.
