This watch has a good functional pocket watch chain with T bar, good open face base metal screw cover case with good glass beveled crystal, fancy blued hands, fancy blued sub second hand, genuine factory 2 tone signed metal dial with black Arabic hour numerals. The watch has a clean keystone watch case company nickel screw cover open face case with good bow, stem, sleeve in crown. The watch has a 15-jewel open face nickel movement that does not run. The movement has a broken balance staff. This is a good watch for the Elgin collector, dealer and repair person.
